Description
This green mango smoothie at long last changed over me into a green smoothie fan! Pressed brimming with no additional sugar, and prepared in 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach pressed
1/4 cup almond milk
1.5 cup solidified ready mango lumps
1 teaspoon ground flax
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/8 teaspoon almond separate
Instruction:
Consolidate the spinach and almond milk in a blender and mix until smooth.
Include the mango pieces. Mix again until smooth.
